DevOps Project Manager

Introduction:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise DevSecOps transformation program within a regulated banking environment. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong program leadership, enabling effective oversight of platform engineering, cloud modernization, and security integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of accountability for delivery, driving execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance, enterprise architecture, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of the enterprise DevSecOps platform implementation, spanning CI/CD, security, infrastructure, observability, and automation
• Define and manage integrated program roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans across a 2-year transformation journey
• Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks
• Drive the migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to GitHub Enterprise (GHE), including repository migration, pipeline conversion, team onboarding and other related activities
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status dashboards for all workstreams
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, security, compliance, and executive stakeholders
• Drive Steering Committee governance, executive reporting, and decision-making frameworks
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory mandates
• Establish and enforce Agile / SAFe delivery models across distributed teams
• Establish and track KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics to measure project health and team productivity
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as: SOX, PCI-DSS, FFIEC, OCC, ISO 27001
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and impediments across all workstreams
