Oracle EBS ASCP Consultant

Core Objectives of the Role

1. Optimize Supply Chain Decisions: Translate business demand and operational limits into automated planning engines that balance inventory levels, production schedules, and procurement cycles.
2. Drive End-to-End Implementation: Lead discovery workshops, map "As-Is" to "To-Be" business processes, configure the planning engine, and guide testing through go-live.
3. Bridge Planning with Manufacturing and Execution: Ensure seamless data exchange between ASCP and foundational ERP modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP, PO, OM) so that recommended planning orders can be executed on the shop floor and across the vendor base.
4. Stakeholder & Architectural Ownership: Advise client executives on planning strategies (e.g., constrained vs. unconstrained planning, safety stock policies) while mentoring offshore/onshore functional consultants.

Job Description:

• Oracle ASCP Solution Architect / Planning Lead with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading requirements gathering sessions, conducting client workshops, and driving end-to-end Oracle EBS ASCP implementations.
• The role involves designing and configuring planning solutions, defining forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes, and providing strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle ASCP, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Order Management, ATP/CTP, and supply chain planning processes
• Ability to lead solution design, mentor project teams, and engage with client leadership independently.
