Specialist accountable for the BRIM landscape migration Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, DigitalRoute, Vertex, and VPOM. The most technically complex and commercially sensitive system in the TCCC landscape. No other firm can credibly fill this role. Someone like Anirban Ghosh.

- Deep prior knowledge of TCCC BRIM architecture from build phase (2018-2025)

- Owns integration repointing for DigitalRoute, Vertex, and VPOM post-RISE

- Manages BRIM-specific SIT, performance testing, and data validation separately from S/4 core

- Coordinates BRIM-specific cutover sequencing and fallback plan

- Advises on BRIM add-on version compatibility with target S/4 release
