  • Successful delivery of all projects on the account

  • Let go/firing of non-productive talent
  • Succession plans for key individuals on the account
  • Manage any project attrition and create backup plans
  • Responsible for client relationship management
  • Execute Practice-led training and growth plans
  • Attain account level growth in the areas we are currently participating
  • Account forecasting with help of Account Managers
  • Responsible for account level PNL (Revenues and Gross Margins).
