Required skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Energy & Utilities clients.
- Strong understanding of utility business processes such as electric, gas, water, or renewable energy operations.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case development, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Working knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data, and utility network mapping processes.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, including developers, architects, and GIS specialists.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to create clear documentation including business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
Nice to have skills:
This is a Dallas/TX Onsite position. Mandatory 3 to 5 days work from office
- Experience with GIS platforms such as Hexagon Intergraph, Esri ArcGIS or similar technologies.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within the utilities sector.
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
