Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated control systems that ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operation of industrial processes and machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation technologies, PLC programming, and system integration, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing and industrial processes.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to integrate automation solutions.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning of new installations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.
