Product Coordinator - MarTech Platforms & Governance

We're looking for a Product Coordinator with strong MarTech / enterprise platform experience** to support the operational scale, governance, intake, access management, and day-to-day coordination of a multi-tenant MarTech ecosystem.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex technology environments and working across Product, Architecture, IT, Security, Marketing Operations, and business teams.**

What You'll Be Doing:
Own and manage centralized intake for MarTech requests
Triage, prioritize, route, and track requests and platform issues
Coordinate user access and role-based permissions across MarTech platforms
Support quarterly access recertification with IT & Security
Maintain governance logs for segments, journeys, sandboxes, and platform usage
Help enforce platform standards, naming conventions, and governance guidelines
Coordinate governance forums, intake meetings, and cross-functional sessions
Track SLAs, request status, adoption, usage trends, and open issues
Support UAT coordination, release tracking, and stakeholder communication
Maintain documentation, decisions, action items, and operational reporting

What We're Looking For:
4 - 6 years of experience in MarTech, technology operations, coordination, or platform support
Enterprise MarTech platform experience
Hands-on exposure to **Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)**
Familiarity with **AJO, CJA, AEM, Workfront**, CRM, or similar enterprise platforms
Experience with intake, ticketing, workflow, or service-management processes
Strong organizational and process-management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple requests based on business impact, urgency, and SLAs
Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Experience with tools such as **Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint**

Nice to Have:
MarTech governance or access-management experience
Multi-tenant / enterprise-scale platform governance exposure
Marketing operations or customer journey management experience
Incident, escalation, or operational support experience
Familiarity with RBAC, audit processes, and user-access controls

The ideal candidate:** Someone who can keep complex MarTech operations organized, make sure requests don't disappear into the black hole of someone's inbox, and bring visibility and structure across multiple teams.
