Summary

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation

- Strong working knowledge of Workday Core HCM (worker data, org management, business processes)

- Experience with Workday Recruiting (requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer management)

- Proven customer service orientation — able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and build strong working relationships

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting/Prism, Integrations, Security)

- Workday certification(s) in HCM, Compensation, or Recruiting

- Experience supporting a large, multi-business-unit or global organization

- Familiarity with Workday release management and twice-yearly updates
