Lead Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive enterprise AI initiatives and lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI solution architecture. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered business solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Strong leadership experience in AI solution design and implementation.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, Llama, and transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience in building AI-powered conversational agents, chatbots, recommendation engines, summarization, and question-answering systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading AI teams and managing end-to-end AI projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence initiatives and AI transformation programs.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions for real-world business problems.
• Build and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.
• Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures.
• Design intelligent AI assistants, virtual agents, and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop AI-powered applications for text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, document intelligence, and information retrieval.
• Build custom NLP models for text classification, entity recognition, question answering, and language understanding.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and embeddings.
• Fine-tune pre-trained AI models to meet business requirements.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis for AI model development.
• Build scalable AI pipelines and deploy models using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead AI proof-of-concepts (POCs), research initiatives, and emerging AI technology evaluations.
• Ensure AI models are secure, scalable, ethical, and compliant with Responsible AI standards.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical leadership across AI projects.
