Job Description for Engineers: 

Should be able to work on W2.

1. Redshift (will accept Snowflake or BigQuery experience as a replacement) - Required 
2. Strong SQL skills - Required 
3. Dimensional modeling in a data warehouse (star and snowflake schemas) - Required 
4. Strong Python experience - Required 
5. Good Data Analysis skills - Required 
6. Git CI/CD experience (GitHub or Gitlab) - Required 
7. Proficient in use of AI (Gitlab Duo, Gemini, or similar) for coding efficiency - Required 
8. Apache Airflow, Mage, or similar orchestration service experience - Desired 
9. AWS services (S3, Postgres, IAM) experience - Desired 
10. DBT experience - Desired 
11. Experience in daily Engineering operations, support, and issue resolution. - Desired
