Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Digital Experience Analytics on behalf of our client in Malvern, PA. This role is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide implementation of a Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) platform while managing the migration from a legacy session replay solution. The ideal candidate will combine technical program management with solutions architecture expertise to drive large-scale implementations, establish enterprise integration standards, and partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide implementation of a Digital Experience Analytics platform across multiple application teams.

  • Serve as the technical advisor for web and mobile analytics integrations, providing architectural guidance and implementation support.

  • Design and document end-to-end solution architecture, including data flows, session replay, collection scripts, CDN routing, and privacy controls.

  • Define implementation standards for web instrumentation, SDK deployment, tag management, SPA integrations, and mobile applications.

  • Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, architecture diagrams, and governance artifacts.

  • Drive application onboarding, implementation validation, production readiness, and release coordination.

  • Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues and recommend best practices for implementation.

  • Lead platform migration activities, including gap analysis, parallel implementation strategies, and production cutover planning.

  • Collaborate with security, privacy, and governance teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with external vendors to resolve platform issues, evaluate technical recommendations, and ensure service quality.

  • Communicate technical decisions, project status, and implementation progress to technical and business stakeholders.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with hands-on solutions architecture responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, browser APIs, DOM manipulation, and tag management systems.

  • Experience implementing Digital Experience Analytics, session replay, or similar customer experience platforms.

  • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale technical solutions and implementation strategies.

  • Knowledge of CDN architecture and web application delivery concepts.

  • Experience leading enterprise platform migrations, including planning, risk assessment, and implementation.

  • Ability to guide engineering teams on integration patterns and troubleshoot technical implementation challenges.

  • Experience managing technical vendor relationships and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Digital Experience Analytics or session replay platforms such as Medallia DXA or similar technologies.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, or other enterprise tag management solutions.

  • Experience with mobile SDK implementations for iOS, Android, Flutter, or React Native applications.

  • Understanding of privacy-by-design principles, PII masking, data governance, and secure data collection practices.

  • Experience supporting Single Page Application (SPA) instrumentation.

  • Familiarity with governance processes, including architecture reviews, privacy assessments, and third-party risk management.

  • Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project or program management certification.
