Key Responsibilities::
A Technical Writer is needed for the Modernization / Re-write of a .NET Application.
The Technical Writer would be responsible for all Technical Documentation, Business Process descriptions, system requirements, workflows and release materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with our client's governance standards and will work closely with software Developers, Business Analysts, Program teams, QA Testers and Project leadership.
Maintain documentation libraries and subscription lists.
Identify, create, revise, and maintain documentation and templates needed by the Application Teams.
Develop, enhance, and maintain user documentation for multiple applications and Ensure appropriate control.
Develop User guides, Quick Start Manuals, SOP's and Training Content for Program Staff, supervisors and Administrators.
Create and Maintain Architecture Diagrams, API Documentation, Data Dictionaries, Entity Relationship Diagrams and System Configuration guides.
Experience:
Ideally, 5-6 years of similar experience in projects that involved legacy system migration, re-factoring or modernization would be highly preferred.
