job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantitative UX Research Leader to serve as a subject matter expert across qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to design research frameworks, oversee study execution, and lead research teams in delivering high-impact, actionable UX insights.

responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to define project scope and design comprehensive research plans.
- Oversee and refine research screeners, moderation guides, and supporting materials to align with strategic goals.
- Plan and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research studies.
- Lead, mentor, and guide research teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Demonstrate team impact through data-driven evidence to build stakeholder confidence and drive program expansion.
- Present clear, actionable research recommendations and insights to executive stakeholders.
qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; 8+ years of experience in UX or Market Research with team leadership experience.
Deep mastery of both qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies and project planning.
Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and managing research teams.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educational background in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI, Computer Science, or Market Research.
Demonstrated experience scaling research operations and expanding research capabilities into new domain areas.
