Summary
Role: Senior Payments Transformation Lead
Location: Must be able to work in Miami, Florida or New York City, NY office (work from office 2 days a week).

Job Description
- Lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic US payments transformation initiatives.
- Shape operating models, plans, roadmaps, governance, and executive decision materials.
- Coordinate internal teams and external financial partners; manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; and improve efficiency, resilience, controls, and operational sustainability.
Qualifications Required:
- Must be able to go to Miami or New York City office for 2 days a week.
- 12+ years in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, or related consulting, including significant US market experience.
- Deep expertise in FBO structures, money movement, safeguarding, settlement, reconciliation, and US payments regulation. Strong senior stakeholder management and executive presentation skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs; sound analytical and commercial judgment.
- Extensive interaction with senior leaders, specialist teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders, so strong communication and influence skills.
- Clear, structured communication.
Desired:
- Merchant or marketplace experience is over bank-only experience.
