Job Title: Technical Project Manager, Patching Automation & Data Retention

Job Summary:
Drive technical projects focused on patching automation and data retention. The role will coordinate endpoint,
infrastructure, security, compliance, legal, data, application, and operations teams to implement scalable controls,
improve execution reliability and establish clear governance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage integrated plans for patching automation and data-retention initiatives, including milestones,
· dependencies, risks, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate endpoint engineering, infrastructure, security, application, data, legal, compliance, privacy, service management,
· and business stakeholders.
• Drive requirements, solution planning, pilot execution, rollout waves, testing, exception handling, operational readiness, and
· handover.
• Establish governance for patch compliance, automation coverage, retention schedules, policy exceptions, evidence, and
· reporting.
• Manage Jira plans, RAID logs, decisions, action items, status dashboards, and executive communications.
• Ensure change management, user communications, support procedures, documentation, controls, and audit-readiness are
· built into delivery.
• Facilitate issue resolution where technical, policy, legal, operational, or business requirements conflict.
Required Skills and Experience
• Technical project management experience across endpoint, infrastructure, security, compliance, or data
• governance initiatives.
• Experience delivering automation, patching, endpoint-management, data-retention, records-management, or policy
• enforcement projects.
• Understanding of endpoint patching lifecycle, deployment rings, testing, exceptions, compliance reporting, and remediation.
• Ability to coordinate technical delivery with legal, privacy, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong project governance, Jira, risk management, status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear communication and ability to translate technical and control requirements into executable plans.
Preferred Qualifications
• Endpoint-management experience with enterprise Windows or cross-platform environments.
• Exposure to retention tooling, information governance, eDiscovery, or records-management programs.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting audit evidence and compliance reporting.
