Must Have:
8+ years enterprise VMware infrastructure / Cloud Platform Engineering
VMware vSphere, VCF 9, NSX & Aria Suite
VCF architecture & SDDC Manager
VMware Aria Automation & Aria Operations
RHEL & Windows Server
Enterprise networking – TCP/IP, routing/switching, DNS, DHCP, IPAM
Automation with Python, Ansible & Terraform
VMware REST APIs & infrastructure automation
Git & CI/CD
Enterprise storage – SAN/NAS, vSAN
High availability, security, disaster recovery & compliance

Preferred:
VCP / VCAP / VCIX
OpenShift, Tanzu, Kubernetes
Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform
Financial services or regulated industry experience
Technical leadership & mentoring
