Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an Integrations & Automations Tech Lead. This role is required to lead the technical delivery for integrations and automation between FlexPLM and a core Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This is a hands-on technical lead position focused on delivery, setting technical direction, and clearing blockers without formal people management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of FlexPLM to DAM integrations.
- Build and manage integrations using AWS Lambda and AWS-native services.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and delivery guidance.
- Act as a technical lead by setting direction and clearing blockers.
- Partner with product and platform stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support Agile delivery through active participation in sprint ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
- Lead-level technical experience in delivering enterprise integrations and automations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and AWS-native services.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, and/or Node.js for Lambda-based integrations.
- A proven delivery track record on complex integration initiatives.
- Ability to lead without formal authority and clear blockers.
- Experience in an enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- FlexPLM experience.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform experience.
- Familiarity with Orange Logic.
- Experience supporting platform migrations or large transformation programs.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate Range: $80.00/hr - $90.00/hr
