Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to oversee CRM-related Application Managed Services (AMS) engagements. This role involves managing end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and driving successful execution of Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Required Skills

Salesforce Service Cloud (Advanced 6-9 years)
Program/Project Management (Advanced)
IT Program Management Support (Intermediate 3-5 years)
Integration experience with MuleSoft (Intermediate)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing AMS (Application Managed Services) engagements

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, with strong focus on Service Cloud
Proven experience in program management and delivery leadership
Experience handling project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience working in onsite client-facing roles

Additional Skills

MuleSoft (Intermediate 3-5 years)
Salesforce Data Cloud (Intermediate 3-5 years)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Intermediate 3-5 years)
Experience in CRM transformation or enterprise-scale implementations
