- 4-year degree in engineering or chemistry discipline
- 7+ years of experience in a packaging engineering role
- Experience in the manufacture of supplements, food, cosmetics, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience with various packaging formats such as capsules, pumps, tubes, etc.
- Experience validating new tooling and components
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
