Description:
Overview

Our client is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on coding experience, especially in Python, and solid exposure to automation frameworks and performance testing tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to continuous testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python as the primary language.
Contribute to automation frameworks leveraging Java as needed.
Use tools such as JMeter or Playwright to support functional, performance, and load testing.
Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests.
Work closely with developers to identify issues, document defects, and ensure test coverage.
Utilize testing frameworks like JUnit or similar to support code-level and integration testing.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills (Must Haves)

Strong Python coding skills (top priority)
Experience with Java
Hands-on experience with JMeter or Playwright

Preferred Skills (Nice to Haves)

Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
Familiarity with JUnit or similar automated testing frameworks
Basic understanding of AWS services
Exposure to performance/load testing concepts

Experience

2-5 years of relevant QA Automation experience
