Job Title : Senior React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Develop: Architect, build, and maintain complex, high-performance, and secure React Native applications.
Technical Leadership: Lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for code quality and testing.
Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance, including memory management, rendering, and API integration, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Native Integration: Bridge the gap between React Native and native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) code.
Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee app deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to build intuitive, user-friendly features.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in React Native.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Native, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, TanStack Query).
Native Knowledge: Strong understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Swift and/or Android/Kotlin).
Architecture: Proven experience in designing application architecture and component libraries.
Tools: Proficient with Git, CI/CD tools, and debugging tools (Flipper, React Native Debugger).
APIs: Extensive experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and handling offline data synchronization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with and React Query.
Experience in optimizing apps for high-traffic, consumer-facing products.
