Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Location: Remote (100%)
Duration: 10 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Leads on Lean-Agile practices
• Drive Agile maturity uplift across 5 Infrastructure/Network teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Ensure predictable delivery of network hardware/software certifications, automation initiatives, and risk remediation efforts
• Configure and govern JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Maintain high-quality Agile metrics and executive-level reporting
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Change Management stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement and DevSecOps practices within infrastructure teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or multi-team Agile Coach
• Proven experience leading Agile transformation for Technology Infrastructure or Network teams (not pure software development teams)
• Strong expertise in SAFe framework and ART-level facilitation
• Advanced JIRA administration and dashboard/reporting capabilities
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master coaching teams to Agile maturity
• Excellent virtual facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
