Summary

Role: SAP Finance Transformation Lead

Location: Remote 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Lead to drive SAP transformation initiatives and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance transformation, cross-functional solution design, stakeholder management, and integration across multiple SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and transformation objectives.
  • Oversee functional solution design and integration across SAP Funds Management, Treasury, Grants Management, Project Systems (PS), SuccessFactors, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define scalable solutions and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and implementation milestones.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Ensure effective integration between finance processes and related SAP modules.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a minimum of two SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP finance transformation and cross-functional business processes.
  • Experience overseeing or integrating SAP Funds Management, Treasury, Grants Management, Project Systems (PS), SuccessFactors, and SAC Planning.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive implementation deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the utilities industry.
  • Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of finance process optimization and enterprise-wide SAP integration.
