Vaco is actively looking for a AI Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. Must be willing to work on a W2 basis with no sponsorship. This is a full time placement and must be authorized to work in the US.
Requirements to be considered:
- W2 only
- Charlotte, NC based as this is on-site 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays)
- Full stack AI application experience using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django) and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js)
- Experience designing and implementing reliable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
- Previous experience with cloud deployment and AI services
