Job Role: Exchange / O365 Engineer
Location: Raleigh, NC | Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
- Handle tier II supports Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Worked on different VMware products like VMware vSphere, vRealize, vSphere and with operations management
- Deploy OS images, applications, and patches using SCCM
- Intune / SCCM software deployment for workstations and Servers
- Experience in Setting up SCCM 2016 Servers, Distribution Servers, and Site Server
- Experience with FireEye HX (endpoint) and NX (network) platforms.
- O365/Exchange Administer and manage Microsoft O365 Exchange Online and Azure services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate Office 365 with other systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Proofpoint solutions (Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness, etc.).
- Implement and enforce Office 365 security policies.
- Microsoft Office 365 (Include Licensing)
- Exchange Online/SharePoint/OneDrive/Active Directory
