We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join a large-scale platform modernization initiative. The role involves transforming a legacy monolithic application into a cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architecture using an AI-first development model with Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted coding.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable application components and microservices.
· Create technical specifications and leverage AI coding tools to build, refine, and test solutions.
· Review AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
· Develop and maintain automated tests to meet quality and coverage standards.
· Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior team members.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years of software development experience with Full Stack .NET.
· Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
· Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
· Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
· Experience using AI coding assistants in software development.
· Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
· Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
