Position Details:
Role: Technical Writer 3
Duration: 6 Months
Interview Process: 1st Round MS Teams | 2nd Round likely onsite

Key responsibilities include:
Developing clear, concise, and user-focused technical documentation
Reviewing existing documentation against established standards and identifying gaps
Documenting and prioritizing improvements to align with organizational documentation standards
Mentoring and working with teams to implement documentation standards and best practices
Developing and delivering training materials related to documentation processes
Ensuring all documentation meets ADA WCAG2.1AA accessibility requirements
Utilizing accessibility tools such as Microsoft Accessibility Checker, Adobe Accessibility Checker, and similar solutions
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather information and maintain documentation quality
Maintaining strong written and verbal communication throughout project activities

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of general technical writer experience
Minimum 1 year mentoring and working with teams to implement documentation standards, including development and delivery of training materials
Minimum 2 years reviewing existing documentation against standards and documenting/prioritizing gaps
Minimum 1 year of experience working with ADA WCAG2.1AA focused documentation
Minimum 1 year of experience working with ADA accessibility tools associated with technical writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
