About the Role

We are seeking a FullTime, VisaIndependent Project Manager with a strong financial background and endtoend delivery management experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to drive project execution, manage budgets, ensure governance, and deliver highquality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Gather and translate business and financial requirements into actionable project plans.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring timely, costeffective, and highquality outcomes.
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management, escalating as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors.
• Provide weekly status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support process improvement, governance compliance, and PMO standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies or support Waterfall phases depending on project needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 3 8+ years of Project Management experience (preferably in finance, fintech, consulting, or BFSI).
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
• Proven experience managing delivery-focused projects with crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance industries.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMIACP preferred.
• Exposure to technology transformation or large-scale implementation projects.
