Solutions Architect Enterprise Networking
Location requirement: Candidates must be geographically in or near Irvine, CA and be open to a hybrid schedule (1-2 days/week onsite).

Join a team where your expertise drives real outcomes. We re hiring a Solutions Architect to support a high-performing sales organization. You ll partner with account teams and customers to design and position complex enterprise networking solutions.
Your Impact
The essential functions of this position include:
Be the technical lead on opportunities, working side-by-side with sales to move deals forward
Help shape the solution early by asking the right questions and getting clarity on what the customer actually needs
Design and position enterprise networking solutions across data center, campus, and Wi-Fi environments
Build out configurations, BOMs, and supporting documentation that hold up under scrutiny
Walk customers through your approach and explain the why behind the design, not just the technology
Handle the technical portions of RFPs and proposals, especially in competitive situations
Work closely with delivery teams to make sure what s proposed is realistic and executable
Leverage OEM relationships when it makes sense to strengthen the solution or the deal
Stay involved through the sales cycle to help remove technical blockers and keep momentum going
Support the team by sharing what s working, mentoring where needed, and helping improve how we go to market
Qualifications
Business or Technical degree or applicable work experience required
Strong networking background across routing, switching, and core protocols (BGP, OSPF, QoS, etc.)
5+ years of experience in designing or implementing complex network solutions
5+ years of experience in providing pre-sales engineering support
5+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center, Campus, and WIFI solutions
Recent experience in leaf-spine, EVPN/VxLAN, or similar architectures
Expert knowledge in the following areas:
oEthernet, RSTP/ MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, Spanning Tree, QoS
Network engineering experience with one or more of manufacturers:
oCisco, HP, NetApp, VMware, Symantec, Microsoft
Proven ability to support complex deals or work with enterprise-level customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills
Able to stay organized and keep multiple opportunities moving at the same time
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in applicable technology Cisco, Juniper, or Arista
