Summary

Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant – AR, Collections & Cash Management

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Management. The role focuses on configuring Oracle Cloud Financials and improving end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules: AR, Collections, Cash Management, Billing, Receipt Processing, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Gather business requirements and design functional solutions that meet accounting and operational needs.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to optimize receivables, collections, and cash application processes.
  • Support testing, integrations, month-end close activities, and production support.
  • Understand accounting impacts and ensure configurations meet audit and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of functional experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 3 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong functional expertise in AR, Collections, Cash Management, Receipt Processing, Lockbox, Direct Debit, Bank Reconciliation, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, accounting entries, period close, and financial controls.
  • Ability to explain business processes and accounting implications, not just system configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH/AHCS).
  • Exposure to GL, AP, or Fixed Assets.
  • Participation in Oracle Fusion implementations or global/shared service environments.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.
