RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Senior Product Manager will define, prioritize, and manage product features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer needs, and market trends
* Gather and analyze user feedback, research findings, and performance data to support product decisions
* Monitor key product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals
* Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, marketing, and business partners, to deliver successful product initiatives
* Support product launch planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancements
* As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop and improve processes that streamline product development and operational efficiency
* Maintain product-related documentation, requirements, training materials, and release communications
* Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related field
* Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and driving product initiatives from concept to delivery
* Experience working within Agile or other project delivery methodologies
* Experience working with project management and collaboration tools
* Strong understanding of customer-focused product development and lifecycle management
* Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
