Summary

Position Title: SAFe Product Owner/ Sr Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Healthcare Domain
Location: US Remote
Duration: 12 plus months with possible extension

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAFe Product Owner with strong Healthcare domain expertise, who has worked as a Product Owner or Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and can also effectively perform Scrum Master responsibilities. 
The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution, drive Agile delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Required Skills:
·       8–12+ years of overall experience in IT, with significant experience in Healthcare domain. 
·       Experience as a SAFe Product Owner / Product Owner / Senior BSA. 
·       Strong understanding of SAFe Agile framework and Scrum practices. 
·       Experience working as a Scrum Master or handling Scrum responsibilities. 
·       Expertise requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story creation.
