We're seeking a versatile Project Manager / OCM & Communications Specialist to support two concurrent workstreams within an enterprise platform program. This role blends lightweight project coordination (schedule and scope oversight on a time-sensitive systems integration effort) with organizational change management and communications support (helping end users understand and adopt a phased platform rollout). The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between structured PM tasks and more people-focused change/communications work. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination

Track and manage the project schedule for a systems integration effort, ensuring the team stays on pace to hit a fixed completion deadline.
Monitor scope closely to prevent scope creep on a fixed-budget engagement.
Serve as a coordination point between internal and external/vendor teams to keep workstreams aligned.
Identify and escalate schedule risks early, giving stakeholders visibility into any slippage before it becomes critical.
Support basic project governance: status updates, light reporting, and meeting coordination.
Change Management & Communications

Own end-user and stakeholder communications for a phased platform rollout, translating technical/system changes into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
Draft and distribute rollout announcements, status updates, and change communications to impacted business units.
Coordinate recorded training sessions delivered via video conferencing, working with subject matter experts who lead the training.
Manage post-production logistics for training recordings, including coordinating editing and finalizing content for distribution.
Organize and upload finalized training materials to a shared content platform (e.g., SharePoint), maintaining a clean, navigable structure.
Partner with the project/program team to align communications and training timing with rollout milestones. Technical Requirements Experience managing or coordinating IT systems integration projects (e.g., platform-to-platform integrations, ITSM/ITIL-based systems such as ServiceNow).
Experience supporting IT platform or system rollouts from a communications/change perspective.
Working knowledge of SharePoint administration — site structure, permissions basics, content organization, and document libraries.
Familiarity with video conferencing/recording tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and basic video post-production workflows (coordinating edits, exporting, publishing).
Basic understanding of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Comfortable working with vendor/partner technical teams and following technical status updates closely enough to flag schedule risk.
General proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 suite.
