Seeking a Senior / Lead MS Dynamics CRM Project Manager with strong experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves driving enterprise CRM transformation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ full-cycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution alignment, integrations, and data migration.
- Oversee UAT, deployment, governance, and post-go-live support.
- Present project updates to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in CRM project management.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations (Azure, Power Platform), and customization.
- Proven leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- PMP or related certification preferred.
