We are looking for Evergreen Deployment Technician for our client in Charlotte, NC

Job Title: Evergreen Deployment Technician

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Transport and store computer inventory following established procedures.
Lift, push, and pull equipment up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
Image and configure computers using Windows 11 and SCCM.
Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
Perform end-user desk-side computer refresh and deployment activities.
Reclaim, transport, and manage decommissioned equipment.
Update and maintain inventory records using HAM Pro within ServiceNow.
Provide professional, customer-focused support during on-site interactions.
Travel to various county locations using company-provided transportation.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Windows 11 imaging and deployment using SCCM.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and scheduling.
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management).
Experience with Apple iPhone deployment and mobile device support.
Prior experience in hardware deployment, refresh, or field support roles.
