Engineering Technician

Job Description:

Process Technician responsible for sustaining GaN on SiC device processes in the Etch and Dielectric Thin film deposition area at MACOM's RTP location. Responsibilities include supporting an Engineering and Fab Operations Teams in all areas of the fabrication process, Engineering Projects and to meet all factory indicators, conduct experiments, characterize process, and make continuous improvements in cycle time and quality.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in engineering or Equivalent with 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing.

Specific experience in Ebeam is helpful but not required.

Comfortable with wet etch processing is a plus.

Flexible working style with the ability to multitask.

Attention to detail, strong documentation and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Strong problem solving skills.
