Summary

Position Summary 
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant & Home Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with oversight of home office operations, requiring strong multitasking ability, discretion, and excellent judgment. 
 
 Key Responsibilities 
Administrative Support 
  • Provide administrative support to executives, teams, or departments across a variety of functions  
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments  
  • Prepare, collect, review, and analyze data; generate reports, charts, budgets, and presentation materials  
  • Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documentation  
  • Assist office staff with ongoing projects and daily operational tasks  
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned duties  
  • Coordinate financial-related errands such as expense reporting, delivery of checks and document handling 
Errands & Logistics 
  • Run business and personal errands for executive management (e.g., FedEx shipments, document delivery, pickups)  
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required  
  • Organize and support company and executive events  
Home Office & Household Management 
  • Oversee daily operations of executive home office(s), ensuring efficiency and organization  
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., maintenance, IT support, cleaning services)  
  • Manage household schedules, appointments, and service timelines  
  • Track inventory and supplies for home office and household needs  
  • Assist with personal scheduling, appointments, and lifestyle coordination for executives  
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling personal matters  
 
The candidate is required to work from the office four days per week (Herndon, VA)
