Job DetailsSr. Project Engineer - Commercial Construction
Overview: We're looking for a Sr. Project Engineer to join our team and support commercial construction projects across healthcare, hospitality, industrial, technology, life sciences, and large-scale commercial sectors. This role provides critical support to project managers and superintendents to keep projects on time, on budget, and in compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and overall project coordination.
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for accuracy.
- Track procurement, long-lead items, and project progress in Procore.
- Support quality control, punch lists, and permitting requirements.
- Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of project engineering experience in commercial construction.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or life sciences projects is a plus.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
