We have an urgent need for a Load Balancing Engineer for a fulltime onsite opportunity in Chandler, AZ. This role is focused on enterprise-scale load balancing, application delivery infrastructure, network security, and traffic management services. We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can support mission-critical infrastructure and collaborate with global engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing enterprise Application Delivery Infrastructure while serving as part of a global load balancing engineering team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available load balancing solutions, collaborating with line-of-business stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence across critical network services. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of application delivery infrastructure, performing code upgrades, vulnerability remediation, end-of-life replacement initiatives, and developing implementation plans and operational runbooks. Candidates will work closely with engineering and operations teams to validate designs, conduct quality assurance testing, support production deployments, and maintain service levels through established KPI and SLA standards. The selected professional will also participate in metrics reporting, operational reviews, security implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting complex enterprise projects involving application delivery, DNS, SSL offloading, and traffic optimization.

Required skill sets include strong expertise in F5 Load Balancing technologies including LTM and GTM, application traffic management, enterprise networking, and network security. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with F5 APM, ASM, DNS, SSL offloading, application switching, persistence management, web acceleration, TCP optimization, and certificate management processes. Strong understanding of networking protocols including BGP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL, and enterprise network security principles is essential. Experience with F5 iControl APIs, iRules, AVI or VMware technologies, and troubleshooting complex networking environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of SSL PKI infrastructure, security assessments, risk mitigation, packet filtering, and ITIL-based service management practices will be advantageous. Experience with Python development, Bash scripting, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs is also highly desirable.
