SAP SuccessFactors PM

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

·       10+ years of HR technology experience, including 3–5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transformation roles.

Deep hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongly preferred.

Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through stabilization.

Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and formal project/program management methodologies (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred).

Exceptional ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior HR leaders.

Demonstrated success managing ambiguity, complex integrations, and cross‑functional operating models.

 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.

• Skilled in customer-facing activities covering data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
• Experience working with current HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.) as well as legacy solutions
