Senior Cx Engineer to join our
Generation & Energy Management Team in
Albany, NY or Syracuse, NY. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work alongside multidisciplinary specialists, and help advance solutions for high-demand environments and next-generation technology facilities.
What You'll Do:- Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for innovative energy projects
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues for clients in manufacturing, advanced technology, and energy sectors
- Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions
- Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff
What You Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required
- Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:$105,000 - $115,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
