Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in React and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale business applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET / .NET Core / C#.

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE) modules based on business requirements.

• Develop and integrate D365 plugins, workflows, custom entities, and Power Automate flows.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and Web Services for system integrations.

• Integrate .NET applications with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.

• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability standards are met.

• Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API.

• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or CE).

• Knowledge of D365 customization, plugins, workflows, Power Platform.

• Experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.

• Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps preferred).

• Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with OAuth, authentication, and security best practices.

• Prior experience working on enterprise or government projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
