Job DetailsQualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related field
- Experience troubleshooting PV systems, inverters, electrical equipment, and associated components
- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and NFPA 70E/OSHA practices
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; electrical/technical training or certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
