Junior Salesforce Administrator
Location: Hybrid. Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday through Thursday onsite.
Contract: W2 only
Pay: $ 25-28 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Overview
The Salesforce Administrator for the ThinkLP Loss Prevention platform is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the ThinkLP environment used across the organization. This role acts as both a technical expert and a strategic partner within Loss Prevention, helping design tools, workflows, and cross-functional solutions that strengthen operational efficiency, support investigations, improve compliance, and elevate the end-user experience. The ideal candidate has a unique blend of Salesforce expertise and Loss Prevention operational knowledge, enabling them to understand store-level realities, customer experience impacts, investigative workflows, and the broader retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1–3 years of Salesforce administrative experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences
- Experience in loss prevention and/or retail operations (Preferred Qualifications)
