Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Driving corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure product quality and reliability.
2. Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
3. Managing nonconformances by implementing effective corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
4. Overseeing the quality of electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control tools and processes into daily routines.
6. Developing and maintaining quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.
7. Participating in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
8. Providing technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their understanding of quality standards and procedures.
9. Continuously monitoring and reporting on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
3. Proven experience in driving corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, managing nonconformances, and overseeing the quality of electro-mechanical products.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control methods and industry standards.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
7. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with a keen eye for detail.
9. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be a plus.
