Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Waiter to provide exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will manage guest interactions, process orders using POS systems, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations

• Accurately take food and beverage orders

• Enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

• Deliver food and beverages efficiently

• Process payments (cash, credit, digital payments)

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment

• Experience using POS systems (Toast, Square, Micros, Clover, etc.)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability (weekends/holidays as required)
