Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for enterprise-scale automotive and fleet management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile Delivery, Scrum Framework, and Azure DevOps, along with the ability to manage distributed onsite-offshore teams and engage with executive stakeholders.

This role requires ownership of sprint execution, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high sprint velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
  • Manage distributed teams and ensure alignment across onsite-offshore delivery models
  • Track and report sprint progress using Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Burndown Charts, Velocity Tracking)
  • Drive collaboration between .NET, React, Data Engineering, QA, and Product teams
  • Handle stakeholder management and executive-level communication (CTO/VP/Director level)
  • Identify and mitigate risks through risk management and dependency resolution frameworks
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, user story definition, and acceptance criteria alignment
  • Maintain transparency via daily status reporting, dashboards, and escalation logs
  • Ensure effective communication using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or PMI-ACP (mandatory)
  • Preferred: SAFe Agilist Certification, Azure DevOps Fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe framework

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and Agile tracking
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onsite-offshore model)
  • Exposure to automotive or fleet management domain is a plus
  • Experience in Jira to Azure DevOps migration is desirable
