Job Title: SAP SD OTC Consultant

Location: Remote/WFH

Duration: 6 months+ contract

Description:

• Looking for an SAP SD Senior Consultant to play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales and distribution processes.
• Your primary responsibilities will include managing the SAP SD module, overseeing the order-to-cash cycle and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP components.
• You will lead initiatives to optimize processes using ECC6.0, SAP SD OTC and SAP Advanced Availability to Promise (AATP), while also implementing SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) for compliance and efficiency.

• To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist
• Lead and Coordinate the Resolution of Complex Technical issues and System Outages including root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP SD and aATP solutions and designs.
• Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.

Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP Sales and Distribution preferably with Global client with a Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• SAP Certification in SAP SD
• Integration knowledge of SD and Vistex including aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise)
• Well versed with OTC process including Inquiry, Quotation for inquiry, Sales order creation, Availability Check, Delivery Order Creation, Picking and Packing, Goods Issue, Shipment Creation, Invoice, Payment, Delivery Confirmation, Post-Sales Activities
• Core SD Expertise: Deep understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Contracts, and Logistics Execution.
• AATP Expertise: Proven experience in configuring S/4HANA aATP functionality.
• Integration Knowledge: Strong knowledge of integration points with PP/MRP, IBP/APO, and Transportation Management (TM).
