Pay Range: $38 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions)
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through
- Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Must have Manufacturing recruiting experience - familiarity with high-volume manufacturing environments and direct labor roles
- High Volume Sourcing and pipeline development
- ATS Familiarity - Workday preferred and Indeed - platform experience helpful though teachable
- Data Driven Approach - Comfortable with spreadsheets, recruiting metrics and tracking time to fill and interview/placements targets
- Some Stakeholder engagement - daily interaction with hiring managers and site HR
- Needs strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience: Minimum -2 years recruiting - manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relavant experience - would consider someone with a High School diploma or Associates' degree if they have the right experience.
- 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday Preferred.
