Job Title: Software Engineering Associate (Contingent Resource)

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the Role:

As a Software Engineering Associate in this contingent resource role, you will contribute to initiatives of low to moderate complexity within the Software Engineering domain. You'll help identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze technical challenges, and support the development of solutions that enhance engineering efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Support software engineering projects by analyzing basic to moderately complex technical problems.
Conduct research and evaluate alternatives to recommend solutions for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance engineering workflows.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Apply independent judgment while developing a strong understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel to provide technical insights and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of:
- Professional work or consulting
- Military service
- Technical training or education
